One of our new, exciting ice creams is Alburgh Luxury Ice Cream produced by Lucy Morran, based in a small rural village of Alburgh on the Norfolk/Suffolk Borders.She makes her ice cream using natural locally sourced products where possible. The milk comes from a small local pedigree herd of Guernsey Cows. The ice cream is made by hand in small batches using artisan ice cream machines from Italy by Lucy Morran the owner. Her thinking is simple: if you put delicious quality ingredients into your ice cream then the results speak for themselves.
